The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The apartment features air conditioning and cable TV as well as a washing machine. Children are allowed. Your private outdoor area includes a covered terrace and a balcony. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, a garden, a children's pool, a barbecue, an outdoor shower and a tennis court, is also available for your use. A parking space is available on the property. Pets are allowed upon request. Wi-Fi is currently not available.
